We use the term HiLo for projects that use “high-tech, low-cost” digital tools while engaging in high-complexity thinking and creating. We believe that cost shouldn’t be a barrier for meaningfully including technology in our creative projects. These guides were co-designed by experienced after-school educators and educational researchers with this principle in mind.
